Marc and his team were incredible for my husband and I’s first home buying experience. The level of communication was truly outstanding and he is also just so kind. He broke down many different options for us and promptly provided numbers for various scenarios (and we did a lot because we wanted to make sure our options were covered. I’m excited that the sister company will be managing the loan as we can keep a line of communication (which he also had emphasized to us to do) open throughout the life of this loan. He even was planning on joining us at our closing but a family emergency came up and he ended up not being able to but I thought that was such a nice thing to do. He is super knowledgeable and he is passionate about making sure buyers (especially FTHB’s like us) are comfortable with the numbers and understand them. Thank you, Marc and team!!!
