Beth was great she did not attend closing due to being out of town but a colleague stepped in and was there. Only issue was with the documentation surrounding gift money (not wired). It would have been nice if this process was ironed out a bit more as we had to scramble to provide acceptable documentation after the first series of docs were rejected.

NOTHING negative about Beth. Closing didn't start on time because administrator was late. I assumed my mortgage rate would be lower but getting all the details in place took much longer and the rates went up.

Beth is a rock star. Would highly recommend her to any of my friends looking to purchase a home in the coming months/years. I know next to nothing about Universal itself, but our experience was fantastic because of Beth. Not without a few ups & downs - but that was because we're both 1099 employees, and it's COVID, and the property is historic and non-conforming. Snags were due to those things / appraisal stuff, not anything to do with Beth or Universal. Her communication was perfect, she's HYSTERICAL, and she's so fun and funny and level-headed that it made us feel at ease and made it so fun. I would recommend Universal and use Universal again because of her alone.
