Easy to work with and helpful in answering all my questions.

He was responsive and professional. Everything about the loan went smooth, my concern was afterwards. The mortgage was taken care of, we got our check, but the payoffs, 5 days later are still not done. I sent an email inquiring about it but I haven't heard anything back
