Ly was very understanding on the urgency of getting my loan established and approved so that I could do some needed work on our home. After we had a delay with our contractor on a revised quote, Ly was instrumental in navigating the red tape to have the loan adjusted accordingly. I was able to pay our contractor their deposit and they will have the work completed this week and I could not have done it without Ly's assistance!
