Terrance is great at first he did everything he should. He was very quick and his response and callbacks/text whenever I had a question. My problem is with after I sign my papers. My loan wasn't officially completed yet and I tried to ask questions of both him and Michelle, and although both were very helpful in the beginning, kind of disappeared and didn't respond at all to my text or calls and messages that is the worst, everybody can be helpful in the beginning when they want their business, but when you really need them to follow up questions and you're kind of left to your own devices after that released was frustrating.
