I can't overstate how much of a difference he made in my home-buying journey. It wasn't just about getting a good rate; it was about the experience. Everett is an incredible professional who takes the stress out of the equation. His communication was flawless, always responsive, always clear, and he genuinely made me feel like I was his only client. He broke down every detail so I was confident in my decisions.

Well, we started out with one bank and as seemingly unsurmountable problems occurred on the part of the sellers inability to market the property as contracted, we went to the bank who was thought to have the most to loose (the properties existing lender) who dropped interest early on as well. Then we discovered that Everett had resigned his position because, at least in part, his employer was unwilling to go the extra mile to close his deals. He ended up with NewRez and I told my Agent,Tre Haines, to call him the moment he arrived at his new post. He did and hope was restored, Everett and Team NewRez literally saved the sale, the perfect home for my 83 year old Mother and I.
