Top notch, I have never worked with anyone that has been so passionate and caring. Tyler kept me updated on everything, tried his hardest to get me what I was wanting and needing for my remodeling. From the moment a contract is submitted by the client for property of interest until the contract is accepted. If you listen and follow Adam's instructions, he will help you stay ahead of the game so, when documents are sent to the underwriter, you are in a good position to be approved . Matt Kenning was very responsive and communicative. I’m currently stationed overseas and the time difference made it difficult but Matt was re-assuring. I had to visit multiple shipping locations to get the notarized documents sent to the title company and Matt was extremely patient. The documents were supposed to arrive within 3 days but I don’t believe it made the timeline. Matt was always helpful and ready to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend Veterans First with all the help I received.

I would say you guys are very fortunate to have a person like Cameron Harrison working for you. I have no recollection of ever having anyone better to work with in any situation. She made the process of getting this mortgage seamless. She stayed on top of the process as a whole and when others were falling short, she stepped in and ushered them pass the finish line.

This is the second time I have worked with Tyler Worrell. I would recommend him to anyone who is working with Veterans First. The first time he worked tirelessly to process my mortgage. We ran into issues (with a FHA loan) not related to Veterans First Mortgage. So we had to start over with a VA loan, he was patient, professional and thorough. The second time Tyler reached out to me, he didn’t have to, most Mortgage Officers process mortgage and you never hear from them again. He realized I could benefit from this lower rate and contacted me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the time and effort, not to mention his consideration of me.
