The appraiser was not prepared for her job. We had to meet her 3 times. She needs lockbox key. Also, she identified as Realtor and her license has recently expired. Also, she let the disappearing attic stairs down and closet door open. With the hot June heat, all the cool air was going up into the attic. When I saw it, I closed closet door because I was not tall enough to raise the attic door and I notified the listing agent.
