Well, Jason spent around 2 hrs with me on the phone going over my debit including cards and personal loans figuring out my best plan. Then talking about monthly payments length of loan and what they would do. Then walking me through some technical phone issues. He was a great guy.

There was issues with underwriting.

I was nervous during the process and asked for updates often. Everyone was quick to respond and very patient when answering all of my questions.

Jason made the whole process very simple and seamless. He has great people skills and explained everything to me when asked.

Answer phone and call back. Go over all verification needed at the beginning of processing loan, and not wait until the last to ask for copies of IDENTIFICATION and other verification that could be given right away.

Very easy to work with and quick turnaround

Jason Lindy was great to deal with, particularly on the phone. Your client portal was not very user friendly. I would rather speak directly to the loan officer for almost all communications. It is rather stupid to have to use passwords before even knowing who or what you would be discussing. I could not download half of the documents and I hate Docusign.
