From start to finish, the processes went fairly smooth. There were a couple instances where I was asked to resubmit documents I had previously submitted which seemed redundant. The closing was a hybrid process, which was new to me, however; it was explained thoroughly so I had no issues. All in all, I would use New Rez again for my mortgage needs in the future.

Well, Jason spent around 2 hrs with me on the phone going over my debit including cards and personal loans figuring out my best plan. Then talking about monthly payments length of loan and what they would do. Then walking me through some technical phone issues. He was a great guy.
