There were some hiccups along the way, but with the help of Sean Jones, Jeff Cruiss and Lori Svaldi, we were able to close in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the terms (considering today's market). Lori went out of her way to keep me informed. Her suggestion to pay-off the HELOC really speeded things up. Everyone was pleasant to work with. The closing went smoothly and the money was funded immediately after the (3) day rescission period. The heads-up text were also an excellent way to communicate.
