Anthony was first rate, some of the others did not respond to my calls. They kept asking me to send the same material and it cost me $1200 to see a lawyer so he could verify that my Family Trust was real. A little more concern would have helped a lot.

Anthony Martin went above and beyond the call of duty when the initial loan type was not approved and we were both annoyed and poised to go to a different lender. He also expedited the process when we came up against a travel deadline. Cynthia Lam was also instrumental in getting our loan expedited when it appeared it would not be approved before we left the country for work.

I had to resubmit 2 bills at least 4 times, it seemed my documents were not enough.

He broke down the whole loan process with me and ensured I understood, before I committed to move forward with loan. He made me comfortable with moving forward, even though I was hesitant with the rates being what they are. I appreciated his help, and it was a pleasure working with him.
