Ironic that when the closing was over, I received another mailer from Newrez indicating "Get the cash you need. Keep the rate you have." Fine print states you get the current market rate. Very deceiving! Other than the process being VERY LONG and not getting all of the money I would think I would get (cash wise), the process worked as was indicated.
