Clear and concise

I knew that with a VA loan I could refinance every six months, but what I was really happy with is that Mr. Slade reached out to me when the mortgage had dropped letting me know it was a good time to refinance, I wasn't even going to start looking at it until next year but I am really glad that he reached out to me.

Chris Slade always made himself available for us. He was easy to get on the phone. Quick to responding to emails and always had the answer to my questions. Chris was great to work with during this process!

it would be great if you put account numbers on the checks

It was a great overall experience, dome in a timely manner. My loan officer and loan processer were great with working with my schedule. The only down side is I was told I would be able to skip two mortgage payment but after everything had been finalized I was only able to skip one payment. None the less the process was streamlined and I am satisfied with the results.

Both agents were polite, knowledgeable and informative. They answered my questions in a manner which was very helpful. I just wish the inquiries were responded to more quickly at times.

Christopher was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Once the loan moved to the loan processing it seemed that communication was lacking related specifically to response to email inquiries. I felt very supported when I did talk with Vanessa or heard from her via an email response. I had also entered a question or two into the account portal and never got responses to those from a team member; I ended up having to follow up in another way. I did appreciate that when I called Vanessa she answered the phone. I tended to use email though because I am on the west coast and tend to do my personal business later in the day.
