I knew that with a VA loan I could refinance every six months, but what I was really happy with is that Mr. Slade reached out to me when the mortgage had dropped letting me know it was a good time to refinance, I wasn't even going to start looking at it until next year but I am really glad that he reached out to me.

It was a great overall experience, dome in a timely manner. My loan officer and loan processer were great with working with my schedule. The only down side is I was told I would be able to skip two mortgage payment but after everything had been finalized I was only able to skip one payment. None the less the process was streamlined and I am satisfied with the results.
