Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, courteous, and I can go on and on about him. But the one thing that really stands out about Chris during my refinance was his response time/communication skills. If I need financial services in the future, I will definitely deal with him. It was a quick, easy, and strait forward process. No snags, no trying to overcharge for closing fees, no one dragging their feet on anything.
