Marty was great—very knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall a good experience, though I had just closed on the house 5 months previously, then Newrrez took over the mortgage, then was like starting over, though the new one was refinancing, this time for a cost much lower than the original mortgage. It was never clear why I had to repeat the title search and title insurance, though we had just done that 5 months previously, so another cost for me. I never got an answer for those questions. Martin was quite responsive and checked on me often.

Mr. Dowdell was very helpful and knowledgeable during the loan application processing.

The whole process took too long in my opinion, Underwriting had it for more than a week after we were supposed to close the 1st time for a simple matter the Attorney caught for the Address of Ave or St., I thought that was something that should have taken no more than 2 days took more than a week to resolve! Credit to James & Marty it was out of there hands.
