Did not tell me correct information. Told me the company would directly pay off my debts which is not correct. I am having to mail the payments. My loan price was quoted at $145,500. I started having doubts about following through and she told me the loan amount would come down after they got the correct pay off amount. That did not happen and my loan amount did not decrease
