Vincent Nardini was very helpful in setting up my request for a loan for home improvement. When I had questions, he would reply instantly to clarify any problems that I could foresee. Banking and loan management would be much easier if all people in his field were as efficient and helpful as him.

My ambivalence stems from factors beyond the control of Vince or Katherine; I would have liked to gotten a better interest rate. The process will save us money by eliminating our credit card debt, but there were a lot of expenses factored into the loan that make the refinance a much better deal for Newrez than it is for us.

The only trouble I had was not understanding my options when I was asked to get certain things fixed for the FHA loan and left messages but no one knew how to help that I spoke with only the processor kept me updated. I just figured it out by paying someone who luckily had what I needed in the time frame I had! Everything else was great
