David was amazing, but Marie and her organizational skills were a bit lacking. We had to send the same docs several times and docs we could have sent from the beginning were asked of us at the last minute. It also was over a week of Marie ?trying? to reach our HOA for specific paperwork before we took over and had them in an hour with one phone call.

David and Marie made it very easy to get everything done I needed to!
