I had some difficulties getting a few in a timely manner. Never did I feel rushed. Drew Pilong, the initial loan officer was exceptional. He was informative, clear and amazingly responsive. I could always depend on him to answer my call or get back to me within 30 mins. It was easy and Drew was excellent. I will definitely call him again if I have further needs regarding my mortgage.

There were several times when it was very difficult to reach either of the two people helping me with my loan by phone, to respond to a voicemail or to ask a question I had. The same with some of my emails to either of them. It took about three months for this loan to go through, from beginning to end, which is too long. Also, there were three instances when I had forgotten my secret numerical code to open DocuSign documents for signature, and I couldn't reach either person by phone, or get a response via email, as to what the code was, so that they could give me that code again, as well as.resend the documents. Toward the end of the whole loan process, the communication with the loan officers became much more efficient. The last few steps were very efficient and proceeded in a timely manner. If a friend wanted to apply for an equity loan with your company, I feel that I would have to help them with it, sharing my experience and what they may end up having to go through. Dany Scott

Better communication. Difference with the time zones was always an issue. When I?d call, no one was ever available. Return call time would take up to a few days instead of a few hours. Also took 4 months instead of 4 weeks as I was told in the beginning for loan to close.
