Martin was great. He walked me through every process & made sure I was comfortable with my budget and how much of a monthly payment I was willing to have. Even though I could afford more, I explained there were other things that were important to me. He told me how much I could afford and what price range of a home I should be looking at to be comfortable with my monthly payment. I had spoken to a couple other loan agents and they were always trying to max out my budget and put me at the high end. Martin didn't do that. He's extremely knowledgeable and really stepped up when we the closing date moved up by 4 days. I will be recommending him to any family or friends.
