Start to finish, this was such an easy experience! I originally took the home buyers course not knowing if I would even qualify or be able to purchase within the next few years. Curt was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very quick to respond, and I could see the whole process could take so much longer with the wrong person. We closed in about a month! As a first time homebuyer I was told to shop around for mortgages, but with the trust I had in Curt and his experience I knew I was doing the right thing. Please consider Curt as your go-to person! The one frustration we experienced was at times it was difficult to get hold of Curt or took a long time to hear back and we had no contact info for anyone else on his team.
