Kyle. Kyle WAS the reason our experience was extremely enjoyable. He answered all of our many questions throughout the process, in a professional, informative, kind and honestly, in a very frank to the point no bs manner. This delivery made us truly TRUST Kyle which was huge for us. Initially Wintrust was the only company we knew of offering Doctor loans to pharmacist. Additionally, we told Kyle early on about our deadline and goal to close on a specific date to allow us to move across the country, close, and move in seemlessly. Kyle initially I think thought it was crazy, but did an awesome job making sure we not just met our deadline but was able to get all of our closing documents in almost a week ahead of time (which our realtor said never happens) and he was even able to take his planned vacation the few days before closing with no hiccups.
