Danny and team are efficient and are able to move and close extremely fast. Speed and efficiency are arguable the two things you need most when trying to close in a competitive market. Everything else is bonus points.

We were looking at buying a home before we sold our current home and in talking with different lenders and loan originators we weren’t being provided with good options. We were basically being told to reconsider selling our house first. When we talked to Danny the approach was different. He listened and learned a bit about us and then walked us through a handful of options that would work for us. If you have a good option to work with to get a home loan, great, but I still think you should talk to Danny to make sure your option is good.
