Honestly I had avoided a refi in the past because the process seemed daunting. Boy was I wrong working the process with Joshua and Isaiah was seamless. Both were very responsive and helpful throughout.

If I had any gripe to give it would be the script required of them to say ?just so you know I have to inform you that you are on a recorded line and I need you to verify your identity? give me a password or something people spoof phone numbers these days me stating to someone who has called ME my address info and last 4 of social seems anti-security to me.

Communication was frequent; the only hiccup was the issue of a second mortgage with a home equity loan.

Since this was a refinance, I don't think it should have taken 3 months to close. They kept me updated but there was always something else needed for the underwriters. Seems like they would have a complete list of needed items from the beginning. I have know people buying a home and it didn't take 3 months to close.

Josh is both professional and personable. He is an asset to your organization. His ability to clearly explain things in a simple matter should not be undervalued. He probably deserves a raise.
