Christopher was great to work with. We had a fairly stream line re-finance process. Mostly E-docs and E-signs throughout, and was able to do it all from home. He reached out to us and we were able to lock in at a much better interest rate and made it worth the effort. Again would recommend him and in fact have already done so, and I think they will use him and Newrez

Christopher was very understanding when I first contacted him regarding a cash out refinance, he understood that I had goals and concerns for my financial future. He discussed several scenarios I could explore. He wasn’t pushy or trying to talk me into something I was ready for. I made my choice to continue on with the process just a couple of days later, and closed in less time than I originally expected. Justin took on the process of the loan as it was going through underwriting. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was so thorough, I never had any questions.

I was contacting New Rez about a loan to see if could so I could get rid of can Equity loan from my bank.. I didn't realize i was just paying Interest.. Started application - gave information needed.. just had one glitch with one account- but Mr Mitchell was able to take care of it.. it just took a little longer yo process just because of this one account. Mr Mitchell reassured me the loan was now going through.. Talked with him today in helping me understand the loose ties- which I was to take of. Mr Mitchell was the person I first person I talked to when I called New Rez.. He has been with me through the entire process.. I would recommend him highly..

Chris Mitchell was the best...Angela Baker left a little to be desired in my opinion, but that may be because Chris set such a high bar for excellence. I don't like receiving the same voice mail two weeks apart saying the same thing from Angela....maybe a bit more explaining about how many times a loan goes to underwriting may have been helpful in not making us feel like we were forgotten for two weeks. It seemed like we had to 'shake the tree' to get Angela moving.

To begin with, I can't say enough good things about Christopher Mitchell / NEWREZ without it sounding like a Paid Advertisement. When my wife passed, I was left with very little knowledge of anything dealing with taxes, and other financial decisions. She was an Insurance Auditor. I didn't feel the need to. Christopher Mitchell had given me a lot of insight on what steps to take, and educated me on not only the Re-Fi business, but a small bit of Money Management, etc. and from that point, he had earned my trust. During the process, I ran into a small rough patch, so to keep my trust, he connected me to Jessica Wagner a Loan Processor who was just as amazing. (with a softer voice of course). It was like watching a Football Game. Chris the quarterback, passed the ball to Jessica, and she ran it all the way for the TOUCHDOWN. It was amazing. You had to be there. So far I've told 3 people on my block who were in the similar situations as I. Life is hard, but NewRez has really made it easier to breathe and more importantly to continue to have a stress-free life for my kids sake. Thanks so much for being a friend in deed.
