When I first called NewRez for a loan, I was given a different loan officer that wasn't Robert and he never contacted me back. Once I was connected with Robert, he made sure that I was fully informed on the entire process, whatever questions I ask, he was able to answer. His service was so great that hopefully I plan to invest in another property within the next 6 to 7 months and only exclusively work with Robert.
