My experience was fine with the exception of the Title Company that handled the payments. It took over a week from the closing to get the payments. I was under the assumption that the title company would send out the payments to the various companies and then they were to wire the proceeds to my bank account. However, over a week after we signed papers I got a fedex package with all the checks, including mine. The amounts that were originally told to the processor were quite different from the checks we got as I needed to continue to pay and I gave the person that came to notarize the docs a voided check as they were supposed to wire the funds. Other than that all went well.

It all went very smoothly from beginning to end.

Fast paced and great communication.

Steven was nice, but didn?t seem to be super knowledgeable. I think he is new and had to ask for information which is to be expected. I had to reach out several times to get clarification on certain things. I think he just needs to get some experience under his belt. There was nothing wrong with the service he provided, though. He was personable and professional. Renee obviously has a lot of experience and she was great! If she didn?t know the answer, she sought out help immediately. I appreciate that!

Working with Steve was vry good. He was attentive and responsive, great to work with. Jacqueline on the other hand was just ok. Wasn't terrible but didn't communicate timely or clearly at times. Was frustrating at times with her due to her unresponsiveness at times. Compared to my first time i got a loan from you this was a bit more difficult and frustrating. I would answer what was asked for and then would get more to do, why not just give everything up front instead of piecemeal-ling it out. Just a thought. Still like you guys though.
