Both George ( Djordje ) and Eddie were on point with the fast facilitating of my loan, from start to finish, funding. I felt I was treated with respect and professionalism. I also, feel I was dealing with two representatives that do business with honesty, integrity, as well as a high degree of ethics. I had a great experience with Haylee, I believe, when I did my refinance a few years ago and I had a great experence with George (Djordje) and Eddie this time too. I would refer anyone to Newrez and the above representatives. Newrez is not just a place to get your loan, it is the right place to get your home financing needs is what I would tell anyone looking for home financing needs..

He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made the process smooth.

He was very helpful and patient. I am old and not understanding a whole lot of stuff he made it very easy for me

Djordje Vujatovic and Joseph Carlini were the best two handling the process of getting my loan approved and completed. there patience dealing with the underwriter who was not very knowledgeable and demanding was awesome. I needed to provide documents for income verification from a bank trust fund. the underwriter continually kept asking for things that did not apply to the trust. the bank was the trustee, after several different requests, the bank said that this underwriter was asking for things that did not pertain for income verification and stated that what was asked would not be released. I feel this underwriter was trying to learn about what a trust was thru the bank and myself. the underwriter tried everything they could to deny the loan. thanks Djordje and Joseph for your patience and awesome help !! Fast and easy.

Everyone was fantastic to work with; from the initial conversation through closing. Thank you all for making this a smooth and easy transaction.

professional all the time

Overall better lending practices.

Staff members were great & very professional Will that departments seem very compartmentalized was hard finding & confirming if I even had loan in process no one wanted to confirm that info. So that was frustrating but Djordje & miles were very nice to work with & was happy with them

Well mannered, educated, and efficient.

Communication was awesome

it was fast and easy to get the refi done the only downside was i did not save as much and my payment was not as low as i would have liked it to be.

There were multiple times that I waited 3 or 4 days to get a response to an email or a voicemail I left. Quicker response times would have made things better.

The consistency of the worker

Always made sure they provided the best service for you.

great service, thanks for your help.

The staff was helpful

The professionalism and integrity of the team who Assisted me throughout this process was phenomenal

The individuals I work with were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The process itself was very straightforward with the details, laid out upfront and not constantly changed as the process progressed. Additionally, we were constantly provided updates as the loan process progressed which was extremely beneficial. Overall, this was a very smooth and painless process.

Good communication and friendly customer service

The communication explaining all the details of the process.

Djordje Vujatovic

Closing was scheduled and cancelled 1/2 hr before closing time.

It was easy .

Nothing to note

Jorge, Miles & Sarah was great. They went above and beyond. The POA we had wasn't good enough by the underwriters, day of 1st scheduled closing found out 1 hr B4 closing was cancelled. The figures on final closing discrepancy, with main one being payoff on house. We did a lot of contacting creditors ourselves to reach agreement on judgements. The final closing changed from 1st of month to end of month and cost me extra $450(estimated).

Everybody was so helpful and knowledgeable.

If Nicole's team communicated like Djordje , that would have been better.

No reason at this time.

Djordje was great from start to finish. He kept me well informed, helped talk me through the window situation and kept me grounded. He went over all the costs so i understood everything. He is very good at what he does!

The cash out was different from the original arrangement.

Djordje was easily reached when I had questions and he had answers!

It seemed to take longer than expected. Trying to view things on our phones was difficult. But if we had a computer Probly would have been better.

Great communication all through out the process.

Professional care was warming

Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very professional and friendly. It was a painless process, Thanks to everyone.
