They worked very hard to make sure the process went as smooth as it could. If anything changes with my loan Jodi would call me and explain why. If I needed to talk to her she would always call me back. I couldn't ask for a better team. They were excellent.

Seamless and no issues!

Jodi did a great job of walking us through the process. She kept us informed and presented options so we could make an informed decision. I also wanted to point out that she caught an issue with the escrow of our prior loan and corrected it so we would not be short in our account when our taxes were due.

Both Jody and Marquise were very very professional. They guided me through the whole process. Call me down when I got nervous and anxious. I was able to understand everything that was going on because of those two.

The whole process was very easy. Was able to do the initial application in a short phone call, and submitted all documents on-line. I was updated frequently about the status of the loan, and once it was approved was able to sign all documents with a notary in my own home. Would definitely recommend NewRez.

We were not informed up front that a home equity loan would go through a third party. We started the process in June and did not close until mid August.
