Very helpful and responsive to our calls for questions or clarifications. His assistant Kristine was also very helpful. We also were happy with how helpful the people at the Northwest Hwy branch in Arlington Hgts. were in helping us through a few problems we had with documentation. I dont remember the one ladies name, but I think she was one of the lead tellers and she called around and found the info we needed. That is one of the reason I went with a local bank. I like talking to a person when there is a problem.

Dave does an amazing job. It's our third time working with him. He's great at communicating, and get things done fast.

This was not an easy process, primarily due to some of the support staff and title company incompetence. Dave made obvious efforts to make everything work properly. I'm very impressed with his professionalism and ability to explain away to errors of others.
