During the process of obtaining a mortgage, Jennifer played a crucial role in ensuring everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she introduced me to VA programs for downpayment that I was not aware of before, even though I had spoken to a lender from a different mortgage company earlier. Jennifer always took the time to explain each step in the process and answered all my questions, which helped to reduce my anxiety as a first-time homeowner. She worked efficiently and quickly, and I believe that we would not have been able to close within 30 days with the VA if Jennifer had not been our lender.

Jennifer Sobocienski deserve all the credit. She persisted as my home search spanned over a year with 3 pre-approvals. Her extra letter helped fulfill proof of assets to sellers. Jennifer found the best loan, switching twice to accommodate preferences and best forgivable assistance with low interest rate. She accommodated the inclusion of dividend income and worked with underwriter to lower downpayment. Land trust was added in later at my request and if it wasn't for Jennifer, closing would have been delayed. Land trust flummoxed everyone except Jennifer who worked with the Trust company and attorneys to make it happen. When faced with obstacles, Jennifer adapted and delivered far beyond expectation including when a competitor surfaced and when I requested addition privacy in regards to document sharing. Anybody else would have given up. She made me feel like I was her exclusive client. I was a very demanding customer and Jennifer's reaction was to find ways to accommodate. She also follows up with phone calls or emails at each milestone and availed herself to many questions. Jennifer stands out among other loan/mortgage officers. With my prior homes and refinancing, no other loan officers so vested themselves to servicing their clients. I feel very fortunate to have had Jennifer overseeing the mortgage. I don't think it would have been possible without her.
