I didn't know what to expect when I first started working with New Rez. I was concerned that I would be confronted with a wall of red tape and cold bureaucracy. The opposite was true. Didier was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our air conditioner went out and we needed access to the funds quickly and Didier came through for me and my family.
