James Bogdanoff was amazing. He called me when I applied for the loan initially and it was a difficult process at the beginning and he was so nice and helpful. Me and my family were in a bad circumstance when I applied and things weren't working out for the loan at first but he helped me so much and was so encouraging to me and told me everything would work out ok and it did. I appreciated him so much. He is awesome at his job and an even a better person.

The final process was not what I expected. I was not able to have funds wired to my account. ( the process requires a voided check. I haven't used checks in years.) I found one during settlement, but it had my dead wife's name on the check. The title company had no way to put in the routing and account numbers manually. Also, the process for paying creditors is antiquated. Again, no way to wire the funds. I actually had to go buy envelopes, stamps and then I was expected to research bank mailing addresses, owed amounts and account numbers. I did ask for assistance for Mr Hall, but he never replied.

Very patience, walked me through some difficult courses with the email part. Kept me updated on what to expect and look forward to. Made me feel comfortable doing the process

Pleasant staff and great communication

Mr. Aneel Hasham and Ms. Mindy Radcliff provided excellent customer service. They kept me abreast of the ongoing stages of the loan process. When I contacted them with questions, they responded to my questions timely and with accurate information. I had a well-qualified customer experience. I thank them for their service and professionalism.

Before I spoke to Mr. Bogdanoff I spoke to two other loan officer's at Newrez who didn't return my calls and when /if I reached them I was given INCORRECT information. Mr. Bogdanoff took his time and completed a new application and displayed a CARING attitude. We went over everything during our first conversation, we were on the phone for over an hour and it was worth it. I have excellent credit and I knew getting refinancing should have been an easy situation. Mr. Bogdanoff turned an initial bad experience into a POSITIVE one. I'm glad I decided to callback to Newrez that day. Thank you Mr. Bogdanoff!

What made my experience great was James and Eton. This was a stress free process and it was so easy to apply. There was not a ton of paperwork to fill out. All the questions were answered over the phone. James and Eton were very friendly and did all the work. I have never gone through a loan process as fast and easy as this one was. Thank you for all your assistance with this loan.

I was a Process/Configuration Manager in a previous life. The loan process itself is okay, but the constant auto-generated email generation (mostly generic for any home loan) by your company is a bit much and it doesn't enhance the process quickly becoming less customer friendly. A suggestion would be to give the loan and/or processing manager more control over generated messages to preclude possible confusion, overkill or repetition.

After a rocky start of unorganized responses, (two different Agents reaching out to us from Newrez from different offices and what James thought the loan would be and what we ended up with were different ) James did a great job keeping us notified.
