Length of time the process took. I got paperwork in as requested, but there was always something else to send . Also they kept asking for a reason something came up in December 23. I had no idea. We figured it out, but I was pretty frustrated. With computers and all our information they had, it should have been easy to find out. I?m not a financial person or a computer person so this was a little unsettling when I was trying as hard as I could to comply with what was needed.
