When I started my home buying process, I already had a loan underwritten by Chase Bank. Due to the amount approved for the loan, I was limited to houses in a certain price range. My realtor encouraged me to "at least" talk to Laura Baker because she may have more options available. I agreed and spoke with Laura. After applying for the mortgage loan, Laura and I spoke and Ted was right, I had more funding available to me compared to Chase Bank which opened up more houses for me to look at. During this process, both Ted and Laura, were always available to me to answer any questions, provide options and guidance, and keep me updated throughout the process.
