Michael did for me what everyone else said couldn't be done. There's a lot of small business owners that make good money but can't qualify for loans for one reason or another. Michael had no problem getting us qualified with no hassles at all.

Easy process

Mike was great, VERY responsive and quick to respond. He asked for documents, and I usually got them to him within hours or at least the same day. He answered questions promptly. If the question was only about HIM, I would've answered GREAT. The second half of the process with Shawna, days could go by with NO communication and then we need another document and another document and another document. Things were not always clearly communicated what and/or why things were needed. Again, I responded quickly with whatever was needed, and then delayed response on their receipt until *I* asked for a response - DID YOU THE DOCUMENTS? I would leave voice mails and they were not timely responded to - just a frustrating half of the process. I even called at one point and got another person LIVE and asked them to have Shawna call me. All in all, things worked out well, but delay after delay and lack of communication was FRUSTRATING.

Mike communication was excellent. The process moved fast and he really was helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10.
