Rosa, most importantly made my husband feel at ease, as we came from another lender company where we were told our funding fell through. My husband was ready to give up. Rosa very calmly asked him to explain everything that happened so that she could work through any issues from the former agency. She sent us written communication explaining the process as well as spoke with us over the phone. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and said if we had any questions, assured us she would be available anytime, either by phone or email. She also provided Julio as a person to reach as well. It was an amazing change from the former agency we worked with, who requested secondary needs for paperwork we already sent, not sure what they did with what we initially sent.
