Breaking down the process for new homebuyers is a step I would definitely add. There was some confusion on what full loan approval actually meant. The loan was approved but with conditions that needed to be met for underwriting process to be complete and we felt like that process was not clear and the whole underwriting process was a little cubersome. Dawn, you and your team did a great job but for Caliber that is one area we felt needs to be improved. Other than that everything was good!

We closed on our house 2 weeks early and purchased our home without any issues. We got a lower interest rate then expected and we were approved for a higher loan then previously quoted!!
