That was much appreciated. Mike and Kate were helpful getting things done as well. The process took longer than I anticipated based on early communication, but I think that changed due to the personnel change. Overall the communication and follow up was very good.

Paul was excellent to deal with, even when we hit some road blocks. I couldn't ask for a better person to handle my refinancing. I do not participate in any social media, that's why I answered the previous question the way I did. As for the closing costs and interest rates, they seemed fair, but honestly I do not comfortably understand this enough to know if they were "excellent".
