I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable or helpful mortgage agent than Jeff Thoreson. He made this cash-out refinance consolidation mortgage process the best I ever experienced and I have had seven earlier mortgage closings and one earlier refinance since the early 1980s.

A somewhat unusual situation was dealt with by Wintrust and although the process was longer than originally anticipated we successfully closed. Wintrust was fully vested in the process and diligently dealt with the twists and turns of the lender markets.
