When you apply for a loan, you know it will take time and that part is challenging. With that said, having an online tool to check progress, look at documents and review the terms is crucial to keeping a person feeling connected as the loan process goes forward. I appreciate having access to the representative in a timely manner via email or a personal phone call as well. Overall, I am pleased with the VA loan work that was completed by NewRez! I appreciate the fact that our representative was able to describe the process on the phone after the initial application. Your dash board needs some work. I repeatedly received emails saying that I had uncompleted tasks. When I would open the dash board it would either have no tasks listed or say "Your all caught up". When I would call in I would be told to ignore them. Very stressful when your on a tight time line.
