With that said, having an online tool to check progress, look at documents and review the terms is crucial to keeping a person feeling connected as the loan process goes forward. I appreciate having access to the representative in a timely manner via email or a personal phone call as well. Overall, I am pleased with the VA loan work that was completed by NewRez! I appreciate the fact that our representative was able to describe the process on the phone after the initial application.
