Initially, I was supposed to meet with another loan officer who was not an employee of the branch the meeting was to take place. Joe happened to go in that Saturday for an event being held. He did not have to sit and talk to me but he still took the time to do so. I’m very grateful for that as well as always being available to take my call, even those after bank hours. The whole process from application to closing was both easy and straight forward. I will definitely recommend wintrust for a mortgage but I highly recommend working with Joe.
