I had doubts once I received the initial numbers and Susan explained it very well so that I felt more comfortable. She was also VERY responsive to email, which is a big deal to me. She often answered right away, even after hours, and I really appreciated that. Thomas was also very helpful in explaining terms and arranging the closing. Overall, it was a fairly simple process thanks to these two.
