Better communication between your employees, better communication with customer, have numbers agreed upon before communicating them with customer and creating confusion, let customers know what is going on in the process and when to sign documents that have been sent and what ones to sign

I had doubts once I received the initial numbers and Susan explained it very well so that I felt more comfortable. She was also VERY responsive to email, which is a big deal to me. She often answered right away, even after hours, and I really appreciated that. Thomas was also very helpful in explaining terms and arranging the closing. Overall, it was a fairly simple process thanks to these two.

The process took a really long time. The system seems to rely on a lot of databases that have incorrect/misleading information and my options to correct it were limited. The people I dealt with, Jeff and Susan, however, were wonderful and very responsive.

Very, very bad business practice for the closing company, whom I am reporting to the BBB. Over the course of the loan several $1000. The failure of the loan company to communicate makes it difficult to recommend Newrez despite good work of Susan and Maverick
