Martin (who was great) was my first contact. He explained someone would be calling me to continue the process. Jung was also great, keeping me up to date. While everyone seemed to be ready to go, there were too many people calling and too many NewRez generated emails requesting the same information that had already been provided. With all the potential spam and hacking, you guys need to shore up this process, it was messy. I should have gotten a full list at the beginning, not piecemeal. Everything collected in one file, so each department sees the same thing. If you already have this process in place, it's not working There should be one file, that every single person in your office has access to.

I only ever spoke with Miles I don't know who Martin Kristian is. I would have liked a better communication with the actual loan officer to see what we could have done to lower my rate and monthly payment being that it short up over $500
