Savi is a good loan officer and I enjoyed his calm and way of explaining things to me >I do believe he has a good sense of wanting and to deliver customer satisfaction thru the web of refinancing with Veterans first . I honestly think he is wonderful person working in todays economy with tight constraights. On the other hand I believe Veterans First is very document heavy and requires more of everything every week and repeating the same document every other week\. Savi I will always be your customer and value very Much , thank for all your hard work thru 3 months to close this loan. I have seen the mortgage paid off but the car and the credit card are still open account 10 plus days after closing. I dont thinkl this is a reflection on Savi.
