As frustrating and stressful as home loans have become, Mark made it very simple. Even though we were buying a new home halfway across the country, this was easiest Loan we have ever gotten. And when we needed a pre approval letter last minute, Mark got the job done. I would 100% use Mark and First Bank again in the future!!!

I was introduced to Mark and his team after we were pre-qualified through another lender. Mark was very helpful even though I was transparent about already starting the process with another lender. He acted as consultant and provided information what to to look for from other lenders. When I grew frustrated with the originating lender I asked if Mark would be my new lender. After we found a house a condition of the seller acceptance was the ability to close under 30 days. Mark was available to answer questions at night and weekends as we went through the process. I was extremely pleased with his responsiveness and availability. The sellers accepted our offer on September 6th and we closed on September 29th. I don't believe this would have been possible with my previous lender.
