The original CD I signed in July listed over $158,000 in closing costs, which had me in a panic. My final closing costs were $95,000. That is a gross error. I understand that the numbers can change, but a $53,000 was an order of magnitude off. As result, I suffered needless stress in anticipation of my closing.
