Jeff and Joe were awesome! i had significant problems with other aspects of my transactions. One of which was never resolved. Please modernize instead of sending checks with the payees name misspelled.

Signing electronically was a huge help, and allowed me to take care of the paperwork quickly.

Owen was not the greatest to work with. He had computer issues. Then on the day of signing I was contacted by the notary service that they had not received the documents for signing. I had to contact Newrez to see what was going on. Owen was off so somebody else helped me out it getting documents tracked down and sent over to the notary.

The process to refinance was straightforward and simple. Jeff was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process!

Jeff was great, however the person who took care of the details did not communicate enough for me. I would check the online status and it was in the final step for over 3 weeks and I was told we would close by the end of that first week but it took an additional 3 to finally close. I responded to all requests immediately. Jeff was the one that really went above and beyond to get the loan closed.

My experience with processing my loan with Freedom Mortgage was an easy process. I received help in documenting forms on line and kept informed with everything I needed to do. Also received several updates to let me know everything that was needed and how things were progressing. I would recommend anyone to give Freedom Mortgage the opportunity to help them with their future loans.

I was very happy working with Jeff Lux. There were no issues and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The only negative experience was at closing. The closing agent seemed to rush us to sign the documents so she could leave. When I had a question on the documents closing cost, she could not answer the question. She had to call Jeff to get the answer. I would assume the closing agent would be able to answer a simple question on closing. Other than feeling very rushed at the closing I would highly recommend you for financing. I have already recommended you for refinancing and mortgage financing.

I made a call to Freedom Mortgage and was routed to Jeffery. After explaining the process and talking to my wife, we had our refi going. The process was handled entirely via email except for the very last part...signing the dreaded documents. But that took about 10 minutes and we were done. I had consider going with another mortgage company but considering how FM treated me when I lost my job for 4 months, I had a certain amount of loyalty that was owed. All in all the entire process was quick and easy and did not keep me up at night.

I'm happy with my interest rate just wish Freedom would kept me updated and explained the process as it was happening. I got emails with documents to sign and no calls to explain why was I signing the documents. I had to keep calling to ask question. I think the interest rate could and should have been even lower. This is a refi and You have made around 10,000 interest off of me already. could have done better. the process is easy but that is because you make money on refi. So it is not for my advantage but for yours. that is the biggest problem !

Jeffrey was awesome. We did receive alot of calls from the scheduling department AFTER we had already scheduled to close. Our status somehow was reverted back to non-close so we had to reschedule our closing a third time. But finally got it resolved and closed.

Jeffery was great. We had some problems through the process that I think took a little longer for us to close. My husband doesn't answer his phone unless he knows calling. It would be great if your calls did not come across as nothing or potential spam. You would also leave a message at times and he doesn't check his messages. These are things that are totally out of your control but if I hadn't reached out we would still be waiting to close.

This is my second experience in mortgage company. I brought my house and the second refinance my house from other company. When my mortgage was sold to Freedom Mortgage, Jeffrey Lux sent an email regarding my loan. He said I am qualify for refinance my house for a lower interest rate. The whole process of refinancing was simple, direct and communicated via email. The closing was good and pleasant experience. There was no hassle. The waiting period from start to finish was minimal. Fast and efficient service. Jeffrey Lux responds to all my emails and answers all my question. He always sent email regarding my loan status. Despite our time difference, he makes is possible. I will definitely recommend Freedom Mortgage to my coworkers, friends and family.
