DENNIS IS EASY TO WORK WITH AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WHEN I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND SOMETING. THE APPLICATION PROCESS WAS PRETTY SIMPLE EVEN FOR SOMEONE WHO ISN'T GOOD WITH COMPUTERS. THE TURN AROUND TIME FROM INITIATING THE LOAN AND FINAL SIGNATURES WAS FASTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. ALL IN ALL WORKING WITH DENNIS AND NEWREZ WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Staff was knowledgeable. Overall, the process was easy. One thing that I do recommend is if somebody leaves the company follow up needs to be done. My loan took a very long time to close almost 2 months.

Dennis was great to work with. He ALWAYS responded promptly. In my state, he wasn't allowed to call after a certain time, so he would send an email. He answered any and all questions, was pleasant, and was personable.

It took longer than necessary bc certain documents were needed from Josh's employers. But as we gave documents that were asked for, they still didn't satisfy the requirements. If we had been told clearly at the beginning what was needed, I think things would have been processed more quickly.

We had to keep calling and emailing in order to get information and know what is going on. Throughout the process we had to call to see if more information was needed.

The whole team was great they answered all my questions during the process. The loan process went very quickly.
