We felt as though the process took longer than we expected over 2 months from start to finish due to a UCC lean on our title because we are leasing solar . We felt as though that issue caused a longer wait. Also we felt as though we should have been able to borrow more than we were aloud that was disappointing. We gave excellent reviews on everything and everyone but we are not completely satisfied with the outcome overall. We were not new to Newrez we have been with you guys for years and never paid a payment late should have accounted for something even a better interest rate which is ridiculously high . We?re happy it?s over but have to say wasn?t the best experience.
